Step 1: Log in to your account, go to “Dashboard”>”All Shipments”, then click on “Domestic”.
Step 2: Filter the status and select “Successful Delivered”.
Step 3: Click on the arrow icon beside the order you wish to rate.
Step 4: You should be able to see a “STAR” icon located at the bottom right corner. Click on it to rate for the service.
Step 5: Rate courier’s service level by selecting the number of stars.
1 star – Poor
5 stars – Excellent
You may drop us some comments as well.
Step 6: DONE!
