We know that there might be some unfortunate incident that happen during the delivery process such as parcel lost.

Therefore, we have came out with EasyParcel InsurePlus that will provide an extra insurance coverage with a nett value of RM50 to all EasyParcel users on top of basic insurance provided by courier companies. Users are guaranteed to be reimburse up to RM50 EasyParcel credit within 14 days based on parcel value. (Details such as parcel invoice, pictures or photographs will be required for the investigation process)

Here’s a simple timeline for the claiming process for lost parcel:

* Once submitted documents is approved, the credit will be reimburse to your EasyParcel account in 14 days time.

* EasyParcel InsurePlus is only applicable for domestic parcels.

 

How Can You Report Your Lost Parcel?
STEP 1: Click on the arrow icon.
STEP 2: Proceed by clicking “Report This Parcel”.
STEP 3: Select “Parcel Lost”. “Parcel Lost” status is only available after 14 days from collection date.
STEP 4: Fill in the details required and click “OK”.
STEP 5: You have successfully reported your parcel. You may view your report status by clicking on “View Parcel Report”.
STEP 6: Your status will be in “Processing”. Once approved, your status will changed to “Approved” and credit will be credited back into your EasyParcel account. There might be time where you are required to resubmit your missing document and you can do so by clicking on the red color bar.

Do take note that the EasyParcel InsurePlus 14 days reimbursement will only take place once “Parcel Lost” report is approved.

With this extra coverage, you can now send your parcel with confidence without having to worry about your parcel anymore!
